People often disappear before their presence does.

Within a small Buddhist monastic settlement hidden in the Thai forest,
everyday objects quietly become witnesses of lives unfolding beyond the frame.
Clothes left to dry, worn tools and ordinary belongings reveal a human presence
that persists without requiring the body itself.

Rather than documenting the people who inhabit these spaces,
the project reflects on how gestures, routines and care continue to exist
through the traces they leave behind,
suggesting that presence is sometimes most deeply felt in absence.
